Surf Safe was born on a windy afternoon in Dénia because we were tired of choosing between two bad options: a bulky watersports helmet or a bucket hat that disappears the second the wind picks up. We wanted protection without killing the vibe. So we made both into one.
Every prototype was designed and tested with the crew at Kite45º, a kite and surf school right here in Dénia — real sessions, real wind, and a lot of real feedback before we called it done.
Designed just a couple of streets back from the beach, Surf Safe looks and feels like a proper bucket hat, but hides a removable protective shell inside. Snap it in when things get serious. Take it out when they don't.
The sea-green outer keeps things clean and understated, while the blue underside of the brim helps cut the glare bouncing off the water. The adjustable fit and snap-up brim keep everything where it should be when the wind starts blowing.

Tip: measure around your head just above the ears with a soft tape measure. If you're close to 62 cm, wear your hair as you would on the water before measuring.
